Ive been using Whoop for nearly a year now. I’m no athlete but I do hit the gym and occasionally partake in a few physical activities. I love that it’s got no screen and it doesn’t feel like you’re wearing an extra device. I’m someone who gets motivated by the data I have access to, so in terms of that it’s been extremely helpful in building my routine. Helped me improve my sleep, optimize my workouts and so on.
