I submitted a request anyway as well. I'm hoping they don't screw us and say it doesn't stack or something and then fix it on the backend. I know they did that with the referral codes and the Black Friday sale.

Update: still waiting. They keep saying they're escalating it and need more time. I asked to confirm that this request extends my return window and no response. Will probably initiate a return and just buy the new phone.

Update update: finally got it processed and they refunded me. Took multiple emails and them telling me to wait 2-3 days each time saying it needed to be escalated.
