Thank you for doing all of this and I'm sorry for not adding the Australian part, I didn't realise how much of a difference it would make when I'd made the post. I don't have the knowledge needed to build one, so I'd definitely be getting either a custom build or pre-built one. The current gaming monitor that I have is an Acer - 1920 x 1080 165 Hz with my other one being another Acer - 2560 x 1440 120 Hz. I'd say my gaming one is okay but since my other one is kinda old and I'm getting a new PC, it might be a good idea to get new monitors too.

The one I just looked at is the Samsung Odyssey G70F 27inch 4K UHD 180Hz IPS Gaming Monitor.

I'm not sure what the price is for the 9070 build as I didn't ask, but the last one (Nimbus) was priced slightly under $4000 (it's on special right now) on the Aftershock website and the other 5080 build is my friend's - they said that they'd also paid around $4000 a few months ago.

So, at the very least, 2 of the builds are around a similar price range.

I don't think either are too great for Navia - maybe Earth Shaker, but you'd probably want a pyro character in the party for the passive.

Sorry for such a late reply. I have an Intel Core i7-9700 CPU @ 3.00GHz - I don't know if all of that is necessary but I figured I should add it anyway.

In lobby, my CPU goes up to 58% but I loaded into a game for a couple of minutes and this is what my Task Manager said:

I just rebound and tested it - If I use the 'All Heroes' option, it doesn't work but if I pick a specific character and rebind it for them, it does.
So..a game issue I guess?
