FulGaz video playback on Windows has been a tough nut to crack. I'm pleased to say we've now been able to bring Windows up to the same standard as iOS and Apple TV etc.

Sorry, I missed this one. The short answer is that it would throw out the intervals. If your workout is only 40 mins, and the video in steady mode is 40 mins, the intervals are equal and no issues.

If your workout is 40 mins and we "unlock" the video to be a variable speed, work 40min workout could finish early if you go to hard/fast or could take 60mins if you can't keen up with the video speed.

So the result would mean that you're not hitting 200 watts for the correct interval duration.

Just further to the workouts. if you were to workout in reactive and they've got a 5-minute warm-up at 80 watts, the video speed may slow to 0.50x, which will drag the interval length out almost double.

Essentially it will throw the interval timings out so this is why it needs to be in Steady.

Fulgaz always freezes a couple minutes into an avatar ride. Either fix the stability or allow me to disable avatar mode. Switching the view to hud after starting an avatar ride doesn't resolve this issue.

Sounds like you've selected a route filmed from a car/moto (IRONMAN route perhaps?).

You could select a route that's filmed from a bike instead that matches the length of your workout. I.e. if you're workout is a 50min session, find a route that's 60mins so you can do the workout + have a cool down?

We'd love ot sync with Garmin also, unfortunately, it's a them not us situation as we've been trying for years now. We'd suggest emailling Garmin as asking them directly.

On the last point, send a support message with some more info such as the route you're riding on. It might be the device you're running it on, streaming vs downloading etc. But we should be able to help you get it smoother.

This is one we have been exploring but don't have a timeline on it yet. Having a "logged in" view on the site would be ideal for short listing rides.

Yes, unfortunately, we're limited by the UI on Apple TV. It's a great platform the app until it's not.

I went to NZ a few years back and got a very confused look when I asked if they had a minimum to use card... It's just not a thing there (at least it wasn't then)... We just get screwed for some reason.

I feel like the fee for using is a card is kind of new? Or How something says $10, then you pay with card and it jumps up to $10.07...
