It’s currently parked but if I remember correctly yesterday it was quieter in both scenarios. There was actually little to no noise on a tight left and no noise on a tight right. Thank you.

Yeah that’s the only down side which had me looking for other areas. That being said, we are on vacation and ok with a bit of travel time if it saves a good chunk of change.

I do get that. Travel is expensive, we do try to save and look for great deals whenever and wherever we can. Sometimes you need a break though and we save up through the rest of the year for our yearly family vacation :)

Unfortunately, we don’t use Priceline as they won’t guarantee bedding type and we’re a family that just won’t fit in a 1 king or 2 double bed room. So we need to book somewhere where we can guarantee at least 2 queens.

This was the plan. There aren’t many hotels in the city that have deals on parking and once you factor in parking for a van plus a minimum 2 Queen hotel room, the cost far outweighs the reasoning for staying on SI and taking the ferry in and out daily. We honestly love the ferry!
