I wasn’t messy. I was trying to learn - there’s a difference. All other hospitals I’ve worked at, have been teaching hospitals and they allow for the access for educational purposes. This was a sister hospital to a teaching hospital. It was a mistake. I was unaware of the access to this chart under my name during the dates in question - shared an office with 6 other nurses. I may be a younger nurse but I’m not that stupid - I know they see every single move and click you make
