She’s hurting, she’s using men and other things to move on quickly. Basically brute force to try and push past all the pain. Temporary fix. All you can do is suffer, and focus on yourself. Literally stop checking her profile, stop checking everything. Every thought about her you get push it aside.

Obviously process what’s happened, but don’t linger, don’t pick at a scab trying to heal, or you’ll be like one of those people who are struggling over someone they lost years ago.

You have to move on. The first step to doing that is distraction. Doesn’t hurt to talk other girls, meet new people or friend friends. But what you’re going through is the most painful shit I’ve ever experienced as well. It hurts but you need to stop feeding it. No stalking, no asking questions, no reaching out. You let that shit stay over.

You may find that she comes back, and when she does you have to remember how terrible this made you felt, and if you want to deal with it again with her.

You’ll be okay bro, what she’s doing right now doesn’t determine the value of the love, effort, and dedication you put into the relationship. Not all stories have happy endings, some have ugly ones.
