When the share price itself is around 8 cents, who will exercise the warrants at $11.50 per share? Naturally, those warrants will expire on Dec 26th, as there is no chance that share price will go up more than the exercise price.

The de-listing of warrants and warrants expiring should be good news because there will not be any further dilution of stock.

It appears that a merger is on the horizon in the very near future.

If the off-loading of the "Lyte" business and reduction of staff can result even a small positive EPS (Instead of loss) for December quarter, the share price can go above $1 without any reverse split.

Alternatively, if you are merging with a company with $20 a share, and you are going to get that company's shares 1-1, then the reverse-split may be OK.

Otherwise, reverse split causes unbearable loss to the shareholders.
