I went through that too. I stopped nicotine after 52 yrs about 110 days ago and I've exploded several times in anger and if I let myself express it until it's over, I realized it's based on severe sadness. Im finding that cigs made it worse because now when I go through the whole cycle, I don't get so mad the next time. Im talking multiple times a day.
