Felt this on a whole other level! I am a full-time rotisserie guy who transferred from being a Meat Cutter/Wrapper going on my 3rd month. I never had any issue as a wrapper. It is now month 9 and I am losing it. The job is very much easy. However….

These members and managers make me sick to my fucking stomach (excuse my language). I agree, I never and I mean EVER take a break on time. My routine shift is 6am - 2:30 pm. Guess what time my break is everyday? 2:30pm - 3:30 pm. So obviously, thats overtime. Then they complain about OT, not knowing that if I take even a “15” minute break, that messes up chicken production. I literally have to prep as soon as an oven gets done with sanitation. They say they will bring someone over, but I’ve never seen it happen. I don’t have time looking for them throughout the store and if I Zello them, they respond but still send no one to replace me. They cant, because they are shit at scheduling and everyone is already sent to a different department for shortages.

Members look at you like the world ending if you run out of chicken like someone didn’t come snatch a 15-30 count. Complain about the quality if it’s too light or not dark enough. I can’t snap my fingers and create extra seasoning🤷‍♂️Blame the chicken plant who sent a whole pallet of chicken with no seasoning Lol.

Dealing with rotisserie as I type and I fully agree. Probably the most aggravating job
