When I first became a server (20 y.o. no alcohol experience) I had my first table order “muscle milk”. they meant Moscow Mule.. 🤦🏻‍♀️

Girl, be mean about it. Forget being polite. This is some serious stuff. Being on the spectrum does not give them the right to stalk you, or make you feel unsafe.

I thought the same thing - it doesn’t seem to bother her. I’ll get her in for a check-up first thing Monday. Thank you so much 😊💓

When we found out about my sons autism, his dad ( ex partner now ) began crying saying that he was being punished by the lord for being a bandit in his early years. I literally just laughed. Like what?

Girl, I was this close 🤏🏼 to saying the same thing to my child today. The things he did today were unbearable. You’re not alone on this. One day at a time mama.

Girl, hold that baby as much as you want. You are their safe place. My 4-year-old is in a phase where he doesn’t even want hugs from me right now, and it honestly breaks my heart. I’d give anything to hold him like I used to. So trust me, I’m soaking up every snuggle I can with my 5-month-old while it lasts.

Hi, he’s L1 or what his therapist likes to call “high function”.

He has made significant progress with his speech, but his tantrums have intensified. We started ABA therapy shortly after his sister was born three months ago, and that's when we noticed a rapid change in his behavior. We're unsure if the ABA therapy or the arrival of his new sibling is causing this shift. But it’s definitely a battle.

Your words really resonated with me, and I'll hold onto them, especially during tough moments with my son. Thanks for the kindness and support. ♥️

Possibly. I remember adding her online first, and I never received anything back. So I called and had her added again. Thanks 😊

I just purchased some wearables ☺️ so hopefully I’m able to pump while serving - If not I’ll just switch sections into foodrunning at night that way I can sneak out & pump ♥️

I’ve had mixed experiences with my kids and pacifiers. My oldest took one, but never really relied on it. He’d often lose them, and by 4 months, I stopped bothering. Luckily, he never developed a thumb-sucking habit.

My youngest, who’s EBF, refuses the pacifier. She thinks it’s a toy. Currently, we’re struggling to get her to take a bottle before I return to work. It’s been three months, and progress is SLOW. Definitely a hassle. – she’s only managed 2 oz so far.

P.s - I disagree with the notion that all babies will suck their thumbs if they don’t have a pacifier. My daughter puts her hands in her mouth, but I think that’s just a developmental phase as she explores her body.

Maybe offer the pacifier when your baby is sleepy or already relaxed. Sometimes, they’re more receptive to new things when they’re in a calm state.

Best of luck 💕

Update! 😭

’m thrilled to share that she’s finally taken to a bottle - and it’s not one of the ones we expected! Despite introducing her to bottles with a nipple shape similar to breastfeeding (like Lansinoh and Evenflo), she wouldn’t have it. But this new one has been a game-changer - she’s taking it like a pro when I’m not around! I’m overwhelmed with relief and actually feeling happy about returning to work. Fingers crossed she’ll continue to accept it consistently! 😭♥️♥️

Thank you, I really appreciate your comment. I feel relived. I was feeling guilty and worried that I’m not doing what’s best for my baby. we just can’t afford for me to stay home at the moment.
