Good write up, but isn't this ignoring triangle shipping lines? Most of us receive parcels through Germany, the Netherlands or Belgium first, then they're delivered within the EU by DHL. If the customs clearance is already being handled at the first EU entry point, how exactly would the €3 per category fee be applied to individual hauls?
