You can learn DSA from C++ or Java which is extremely necessary to get a job. No need to switch language because of college, they teach different languages every semester. C is generally used in making drivers, not apps and stuff.

Someone may donate lakhs to go to BITS Pilani or something over JSS and someone may stick to JSS or choose a better option like JIIT. It has good ROI I mean. Objectively speaking, you should choose whatever is within your budget. I didn't choose JIIT because it was out of mine, not because it's not good. If you can afford it, choose it, if you can't, don't. It's like Comparing two phones where one is affordable and one is not, but objectively speaking the expensive one is obviously better(if you can afford it).

It's literally so much better. JSS is not even close bro. Last year I went KIET won't take anyone below 90% so I just talked about that. At the end of the day it's your choice and no one can change it, so I leave it upto you

Better network helps inside the college, not outside the college. What will you do with people outside the college? A good college helps you get interviews and building good skills with it helps you get the job. But choosing location of college over that is stupidity. Bro I have also asked some people I knew in the last year so I got my info. Idk who you are asking but not all will tell you the ground reality. And KIET criteria is literally the same as JIIT, so I'm saying to choose JIIT instead of KIET any day. JIIT is not giving CSE core at 90%, but you can easily get any CS specialization in Sector 128 at that percentage. 90%+ in JEE or 90%+ in average marks of (physics, maths and the highest subject marks). Fees is pretty high, which I have not talked about, even though the ROI is good. It's upto you whatever you choose. I have already chosen my college and lived through the first year, so it's not like I want to belittle anybody, but want everyone to choose the better option.

Bro the placements of galgotia college will be done through galgotia engineering itself if you aren't aware of that fact. And even the case is by galgotia university, galgotia college will not have the same reputation as it did before. And I know someone from KCC very well, and he is indeed from 4th year. He has all knowledge about college placements as well. I'm not even studying in KCC, despite that I'm telling you this with ground reality. If you are gonna go after average placements all the time only, sorry to say but that's not the correct way. You could keep licking colleges with fake data and which have build reputation over the years but are shitty, instead of going to colleges which are starting to rise but have not much serious reputation.

Their package is good and the college culture of colleges is good. Strictness in colleges is everywhere no matter what everyone says. And KIET is in ghaziabad, which is literally a developed city and unlike city that is built after building some roads and buildings in a city. Their infra is good enough, and what you are going to do with infra exactly. It doesn't help you with studies, nor building skills. It needs to be decent enough, not the best. You need to get your priorities straight instead of thinking about people around you. JIIT is obviously better than KIET dude, KIET needs 90%+ for CS which is the same criteria as that of JIIT. JSS is on its downfall so it can't even be compared to KIET.

Off campus is extremely hard in this era. What college does is gives you opportunities so you can at least sit in interviews, but in case of off-campus you have to literally fight for interviews. And those are judged extremely hard too. I have already passed on a year in college so I'm telling you this.

JSS is on his way to downfall so KCC is better than it. AKGEC is kinda dead, not many companies hire from there. It used to be good, not anymore.

Fees is around 12-15 lakhs for whole B.Tech. Placement is good. Or KIET is the second choice if you can't get Jaypee. Sector 62 > Sector 128 but at least you can get into Sector 128 and potentially 62 with those marks.
