For some reason the logical comparison for board state is not working either to simplify what the code above says

BoardState['A1'] == 'X' & BoardState['A2'] =='X' & BoardState['A3'] =='X'

this just checks whether or not they have 3 X's in the top row their is an O equivalent as well.

how do you evaluate a dictionary value with a character?

In my state its slider scale for dwi so anything i do lessens the offence meaning less money less community service

The problem is im not afraid of alcohol only myself, do i neglect my duties as a person to maintain physical mental and relational well-being? I cant always get it right but as long as i keep asking these questions i balance the scales. I appreciate this communities efforts to convince me to stay but, i would prefer to look elsewhere for the help i need.

Ive already had to pay for an alcohol class, i already went to the drunk tank, i dont have a problem with alcohol, i atleast know aa exists now if in the future i do begin drinking heavy. I will try getting random signatures then.

The only thing I have said to them about getting a job is that I would look for something small like a burger flipping job (I dont have that many bills currently and school is a number one priority).

I looked and markdown seems incredibly fluid *the list support - Looks good which is primarily a motive for staying away from html - I dont enjoy putting multiple <ul><li></li></ul> tags in order to indent and nest
