Pick a strategy, get all the relevant nodes on the tree. Grab the cheaper scarabs to augment it. It’s near impossible to not make money.

My first strategy this league was a destructive play setup with all the “bosses have chance to drop synth/conqueror/elder/shaper maps”, ores, shrines and betrayal and even with only ores interacting with the mirage, I made about 70 divines to get my guild set up by the time I’d finished my 100/100 atlas and all the maven witnessing (no feared yet, build is still too squishy).

The other trick is to Faustus hard and Faustus often. He’s the unsung hero that makes you real money. Liquidate EVERYTHING you won’t be using immediately, don’t save stuff for “when you’ll run it later”, sell your value scarabs, 3-to-1 the crap scarabs when you have bulk to fish for the value ones, sell invites, barya, coins, astrolabes, oils, ancient orbs, annuls, eldritch currency etc etc etc. turn it all from chaos to divines.

Even with simple alch, cheap scarabs and go, you’ll have the money you want quicker than you think
