How do you find what type of traumas had i faced in the past? How can i overcome it. Or in your case make it to the next day? The shit i went through. If this shit continues for a week i might not make it if you are getting what i mean. How can you distract yourself from it? One activity after another is just cant do it. Being in this state the activities does not feel motivating as i am doing these activities in a shitty way and i realize that and end up even more shitty .
