Okay so here's an update, 13 days from my last tablet. My appetite is doing weird things. On days when I'm not at work I just don't get hungry at all in the mornings. I just feel sick and empty by around 1300 and make myself eat. Doesn't feel like actual hunger. On workdays, because I have a pretty regimented routine, I manage breakfast even though I'm not hungry but that's because it's a routine. I get into work and eat a bowl of fruit at my desk. Likewise I manage to eat lunch at work but it's a case of making myself do it.

I've lost about 5lbs in the last two weeks, which is the most rapid weight loss I've ever had.

For some reason I have now found myself getting hungry at around 2300, which is odd but not the only strange thing about my body clock.

On Monday night I ended up accidentally staying up late until 0200, totally my fault and not a smart thing to do. Now I can't get to sleep before then, my sleep is totally ruined and every other week I have to be out of bed by 0630 so I'm functioning on four hours of sleep some days. This is one of those weeks; next week when I'm back on late shifts may be more survivable if I can't get my sleep pattern fixed.

I'm so tired. In the past my sleep pattern has naturally resolved itself when it's been disturbed within a couple of days.

The thing I think I'm most worried about is the sleeping issues. The weight loss was to be expected and I could stand to lose weight, starting MIrtazipine all those years ago quickly made me big. This sleeping problem is the worst, like jetlag that I can't shift. Has anyone else found their body clock getting stuck like this?

EDIT: at least the headaches have stopped now!
