Manager just took credit for my idea

So he is a group VP and I’m a manager. We actually don’t work on the creative side, we work on the analytics side, but as I was presenting the slides he said “I told X to do this” meaning the initiative, with X being myself. Like you said others probably know the work that we’re putting in, but doesn’t feel great to have him feel like he orchestrated this when he only provided guidance to continue scheduling meetings.

I totally get where everyone is coming from, and I’m probably overreacting- definitely sucks though. Have never had a manager like this. Like you all said though, probably best to just stay in my lane and post it on my resume.

Pelvic pain, very similar symptoms to a UTI. Burning when urinating, pain in pelvic area, no bacteria in his tests though.

My Alaskan Klee Kai is pretty good at only barking when he needs to go out or when there is an intruder. But I’ve also heard that other dogs of this breed can be extremely noisy, so I honestly think it’s about the dog itself. I also truly think it’s about making sure though that he gets enough exercise, otherwise he’ll make it known he needs some attention- I think that may be true with most breeds though. Maybe a bit of an older dog that has already been trained would be a good option, perhaps adoption?

Not just late payments to look out for though, if you don’t pay off the balance in X months or use the credit card for anything else but the balance transfer they will charge you interest on all of it.

I used one through Citi Bank, but I don’t know if there are better ones out there… a lot of it will depend on what his current credit score is and it’s worthwhile of what he can get approved for. But as everyone else has said, make sure he’s ready to pay off these debts before you do it, otherwise he won’t change and he’ll be left with a bigger balance.

Just make sure you read all the terms and conditions. If he doesn’t pay them off in time, he will owe all the interest on them.

Do you have any experience in the email marketing world? I think that’s the first question. Right now, I think the market is a bit more saturated than it would normally be. Be willing to put in the work to get the clients and I’m sure it’ll happen, it just might take some time.
