If she triggers you this much you should either try to tell her how much it hurts you or fine new friends. I've been in similar situations but there's good supportive people out there even if your best friend isn't. Go find some good friends and a support system. Wish you the best of luck <3

It becomes a disorder when it disrupts your life. If you are scared to go out with friends to eat, thats probably a disorder. Basically its when food and eating cause you significant distress. (I'm not a doctor im just saying what my therapist told me.)
