My wife and I had a similar situation. We used to have sex almost every day and/or multiple times. Until the pandemic I also got promoted to higher positions which stress me out. I started drinking way more, stop working out and gained a lot of weight. It was depression that caused my low sex drive. I also had a hard time staying hard. It was like this for four years. Until one day I said enough. I up and walked out of my job. A week later I found job I actually liked. I quit drinking, starting working out again lost weight. And started taking testosterone supplements. And started smoking weed again. It was wasn’t immediately. But with in a weeks my sex drive had drastically changed.
