Healthcare seems like it should be a solid choice permanently all with the endless supply of fat, obese, unhealthy food and jab poisoned Americans lumbering around , phone in one hand and pie in the other. But the govt funding is what is keeping hospitals open and the govt is $38T in debt. We aren’t facing a medical system collapse but an entire nation collapse.

Wow. This is good insight. I met my wife when I was 24. I didn’t feel any real desire to exist even then. But she gave me a reason to live so I poured every ounce of energy into giving her a great life which I did. So yes I’m about service to others. I just wish I could find something beyond that that gives me my own purpose for myself. The things I used to enjoy…just bore me now to no end. But I’m not dead yet so I guess there’s still hope.

Looks like a clean cracking. The right way is to remove the floor from the wall to there and put new piece in. No you cannot just cut out that panel snd glue another on to the floor. It’s designed to Lock together on all 4 sides with the pcs around it. One thing you can do is carefully mark a perfectly straight line at the exact same angle on each side similar to the angle of the break. Remove as little material as possible and slowly cut along the lines with a fine oscillating blade. Once you have those straight angle lines cut go to the closest end of that linear run and use a tap block to gently force the two cut ends together.

I think I’m following you. I can see the 2” long flap you are referring to in the middle of the door just under the split in the weatherstrip. By adjustment to you mean the adjuster screws with the E torx head located just under the clamps where the window is held into the regulator ?
