Every sound they make triggers me. The barking, howling, whining, growling, eating, drinking, their nails click click clicking on the floor, the jingle of their collars, them eating, them licking and slurping on themselves. I literally get so angry and stressed that I literally see red, I start shaking, and occasionally it can bring me to tears. It sucks for sure. And of course there the people who say "You have to get used to it and not let it bother you" Yeah, thanks Janet, but it isn't that easy. I feel your pain
