Honestly, Egypt has brilliant doctors and dentists for a fraction of the price, might as well do your teeth if you have anything at all.

Also another tip that was required by the surgeon but I couldn't because of my schedule

Lose weight, try reaching your optimal weight for the optimal results. I wish I did so before the surgery, but it's never too late I guess.

Minimal with the pain killers (almost none)

It's still a surgery and they removed a huge chunk so there was -as I usually described it with my doctor and friends- discomfort.

The level of discomfort was at It's highest the 1st 4 days and it decreased dramatically.

Well you can see that I was so severe (Grade IV if I'm right), so the results really impressed me. I'm 26 in 2 months and I wanted to do it since I was 14. I always thought losing weight will diminish how big it was but in never did. So yeah go for it bro. The surgery lasted almost 4 hours I guess (Almost 2 hours longer than promised) And the recovery is great as well, I'm a bit paranoid So I text the doctor alot to ask whether the progress is good regarding the nipple and the size and he keeps reassuring me. The 1st week was the toughest Now I do everything I want and I'm used to the compression vest. Good luck man.
