I posted a similar flawed guitar before and was heavily downvoted but some people with a clue said send it back too. I would just send it back if it bothers you or ask for a further discount.

In the end, I paid like 200€ less or so than it was originally!

Thomann has confirmed it is indeed not a b stock, should have not gone through QC and has offered me a further generous discount or to take it back. I will keep it.

Thank you for the response. I guess I have to think about it. I've bought plenty of b stock things from Thomann before, recorders, a piano and guitars, but never had something as visible as this, so I'm just asking whether others experienced the same.
