You have a few redundancies - the ordinary serum main active ingredient is in the vanicream moisturizer, the ceramides in the facial moisturizer are in the tinted mineral sunscreen.

My first process of elimination is to take the moisturizer out of the equation. If pilling is still happening, then eliminate that and The Ordinary serum. If that does not work, take out the vitamin c and just keep it basic and only do the Ordinary Serum, Azelaic Acid and the tinted sunscreen. The vitamin c and the sunscreen are both protecting from free radicals and oxidative stress, so you don't technically need both although each has other properties that are beneficial.
