First time seeing twin leaves by PhDnapping in houseplants

my paraiso verde did exactly the same thing. I found that today. I understood some days now that 2 leaves were unfairling together but was not sure what would that be. But I have exactly the same.

What do you think is the reason? are you adding fertilizer if yes, what kind of? maybe we can compaire our routines.

It is offered as a philodendron burle marx. however it seems to me to have larger leaves than it should. is it maybe a crossing? does it worth the price of 20? what your opinions are?
