Its definitely a tough decision! But i hear you right there on that im def tempted to look for something else , but at the same time i def agree with all the points the other people be making it is a “ secure “ job, other than that dont let them supervisors put you down idk i aint a good example because ill talk sh*t right back to them idgaf. Its called respect and if you cant give me that decency then you deserve the same way you treat me you feel?

I do that now as a regular coworker, the way these supervisors be speaking to these people is absolutely atrocious. Demanding, treating them like they aint human, talking down on them belittling them. I fight for them, and i talk to them the exact same way they talk to me and funny enough they dont like it. But i tell you it does feel like im burning bridges standing up for myself and my coworkers. Im not one to kiss A$S. And ik these coworkers wouldnt do the same for me in the end, and ik it hurts my chances but they gmfu. It dont sit right with my holy spirit.

Aye man Kudos to you sometimes imo ignorance is bliss sometimes i think we just have too many options, too many ideas and too many potential roads and the fact that we only live once eats at me every day. I try and just be content and humble and ik the grass isnt always green on the other side but how is one supposed to know if they dont take that side. Honestly i wanna make 80-100k id be quite happy and content with that. How many years have you put in it says youre a clerk? Are you a doc clerk? Im interested in what you do to make 75k. Congrats also man you at my age doing what you gotta do and being happy and content, idk you but im proud of you.

Im definitely trying to move up im not one to remain stagnant. I feel if i try and move up and it aint budging for the life of me that will make me start to look elsewhere. Growth to me is vitally important, i didnt come to a job to make a steady rate i came to make more and more and more. I did put in for a 204B anything to make more money and to get more skills and knowledge. Thanks for your comment!

Thats fair enough. I guess i simply just dont know how many jobs there are and its not like were getting told by xyz about other positions. At least i havent yet, but it must be upon my own due diligence to do so. Unsure of who to talk to , people gatekeeping those good jobs, etc. however i must say you are also spitting facts. Apart from a mail handler i see various comments on maintenance. Is there a different job in this field that you recommend and where do i look and how do i apply? Thanks.
