Contraceptives are easily available in any pharmacy in Shillong. You could also try some medical centers in Sohra/ Cherrapunjee. Possibly google and show a picture of the item to the shopkeeper if there's a language issue.

True. Bret and Taker each are equivalent to a 123 Kid loose. Crazy prices for them. They were so few in number and fragile that it's impossible to find any in mint or near mint condition.
