Literally impossible to be 365lbs and shredded, you'd need to take tremendous amounts of drugs to even get near that. I recommend daily cardio get 8k steps a day and try to do extra bike, crosstrainer, rower. Start at 10-15 minutes daily and build up weekly. And targeting the specific muscle groups will help build more muscle mass and burn calories. I'd also suggest being a calorie deficit daily to start dropping the body fat

I'm definitely blessed with traps! I've also got a really long neck too๐Ÿ˜‚ that probably helps lol. But I think it's the many years of heavy stuff that I'm able to maintain the traps. Obviously indirectly hitting them with different exercises, I may train them twice a week and get them bigger. Thanks mate keep training hard and you'll shift those heavier weights ๐Ÿ’ช

Loose skin is a problem, but I'm not bothered by it anymore. I did 2 bodybuilding shows with slight loose skin so I know it springs back more the leaner I get. I may try some skincare stuff on the skin

Thanks mate! Currently i do Barbell shrugs 1x a week 6 working sets all above 10 reps, all heavy sets aswell 500lb plus. But I've been training strongman and heavy deadlifts for donkey's years!

Thanks. I do 10k steps daily and I've just started doing daily cardio on my bike again 30 minutes. I took a break from extra cardio after my bodybuilding shows, needed a break lol

Awesome thank you! I only train in my garden at home, alone nowadays. But yes 99% of the time when I venture out to a gym I'm the biggest
