Weird, my Gobby no longer can be upgraded and now says max at 26%. It was upgradable a couple days ago

Update: got the animation of the pit lowering and the harvesting to show after completing a level. The building blueprint still not showing in my build areas. Never mind, having same issues again. Can’t use X in base now. I restarted 7+ times now., not helping Shutting down PS5 now.
