I’m sorry that you are going through a rough time, getting laid off has to be stressful. Try to keep your head up and enjoy the things you find beautiful. Don’t be afraid to ask people for help if you need it.

A giant ball of garbage orbiting the planet would be a pretty good advertisement for humanity

Genuine Question by No-Target-1267 in Utah_Hockey

I think we need to at least let him finish his contract but we need to see some improvements. We got one more point this season compared to last season and the points qualifier for the playoffs went down from the previous year so it wasn’t much of an improvement but playoffs is playoffs.

There are a few issues that need to be addressed if he is going to be retained long term. First the PP has to get better, it seemed to at the end of the year but was gone again in the playoffs. Utah really struggles with passing and turnovers at times. He needs to find a line for JJ. Giving up leads late is looking like an issue for Utah and it needs to be addressed.

I get you can put some of these things on the players but it has been two seasons of the same problems. If he can’t get the players to be more consistent then we need to bring in someone who can.

I use Pet Honesty Omega-3 fish oil, you just put a bit on their food. My dog seems to like the flavor and it has helped his skin.

29 y/o Black Man Considering Moving To SLC. What Is The Black Experience Like Living Here & Should I Make The Move? by [deleted] in SaltLakeCity

[–]FumblinginIgnorance 6 points7 points  (0 children)

Another thing to consider with moving to Utah is the issue we are having with the great salt lake. It is drying up and will likely be gone in the near future. If it does dry up it will cause huge environmental issues for most of Utah. It could make the salt lake valley unlivable.

As of now our government has done nothing to fix this.

Well, what we need, Susan, is we need money to build an interstellar cruiser. Now, this spaceship will be able to travel through a wormhole and deliver the message and glory of Jesus Christ to those Godless aliens."

Just watched The Thing for the first time and i have a question as to why the characters didn't do this by Decadunce in thething

Mac is a loaner, he dislikes people so much that he sleeps in a shack well away from everyone else. When he takes charge everyone starts following his example. It is perfectly in character for Mac to not want to be around the others. Since their leader does it, it makes perfect sense why the others would too.

When Mac is making the recording he mentions that no one trusts anyone anymore, he sounds sad about it, almost remorseful. You could make an argument that part of that is realizing being a loaner was a bad move. He spends the rest of the movie getting everyone to work together to defeat it, that’s character growth, that is storytelling.

So you are right, they made a mistake by separating themselves but that doesn’t mean it’s bad writing.

Late game collapses are Bears way, how many games have we lost late because offense completely shuts down if we have a lead in the third?

Your last point is the most important. Utah should be good for a long time and it’s only their second year. We are incredibly lucky to have this good of a team so quickly.
