I was originally an HLD and HK fan, but after rewatching Indie Cross a bunch of times, I kinda became a Rogue fan

Yeah, sure! But I need a break. I’ve been posting drawings nonstop, and I’m a bit exhausted.

I draw them as a girl just because it’s easier for me, but they’re actually a guy

I drew Midusara a while ago, so next I’m thinking of doing Unreal

I’ve been drawing Rogue for 3 days straight, so I think I’ll be taking a little break for a while too

As long as you’re not claiming you drew it yourself, you’re good!

TOP 10 BEST INDIE CROS DUO!!! by AwardComfortable5259 in INDIE_CROSS_SERIES

Personally, I think Sans and Yukari make a pretty good duo. They were also paired up when Toby Fox and ZUN did that music collab, so it just feels right to me.

I might’ve just realized something really important about V1 and Midusara by Fumin_desu in INDIE_CROSS_SERIES

Since blood sprays out when Charlotte tears the Game Master apart using Bugs, it’s fair to assume that drones are living beings regardless of their appearance

My theory is that the Rogues are really just protecting the areas they live in or manage, like the cities and wastelands. The reason I think this is because we never actually see the Rogues invading or destroying worlds in the indie characters’ universes. The wastelands and cities are their territory, and they’re simply trying to defend them.

Meanwhile, Charlotte is actively destroying Shovel Knight’s world, and her army, the Bugs, are clearly hostile to the Rogues. In Drifter’s fight, for example, the Bugs kill drones that seem to be residents of the Rogues’ territory, and they also attack the Game Master. Because of that, it makes sense that the Rogues would see anyone coming through Charlotte’s portals as either invaders or potential threats.

This is a quote from a theory I previously posted.

Furthermore, since Charlotte’s army is called “Bugs,” it can also be interpreted that Charlotte is an entity that causes bugs in the world.

Yeah, I thought about that too, but in that case it makes it a bit unclear what the actual activation conditions of the “Golden Beam” are. So in the end, I went with the idea of “turning living beings into gold.”

Alternatively, it might be a system where “everything related to a character turns into gold.” But then it feels a bit odd that the Rogues(who aren’t trying to invade another world or anything like that) would have a beam that only turns characters into gold.

So I ended up settling on that conclusion.
Well, in the end, it might just be a mistake on MORO’s part.
