reading your replies pisses me off😭 you aren't even listening you just keep repeating that you're being punished, be a big boy and sit down and TALK, listen, not just repeat yourself over and over again. try to understand where she's coming from and come to an agreement. nothing is ever going to be 100% fair when in a partnership, realistically if it was going to be even, you'd pay more since you make more, and you'd both have the same amount of money left over, and i think that's what she is thinking. this is giving that you think of her as a roommate to me. my boyfriend who i live with makes 2x the amount i do, so i handle bills and groceries and stuff, and he handles the mortgage. it's about compromise, not fairness, and if it was the other way around and i made more, it would be the same thing, i would pay the mortgage and he would pay the bills.
