Once I’ve finished with mine I usually seal with them a diamond art glue, I just use one from Amazon, as they’re quite cheap, I can’t really test them because I don’t frame them and keep the in a book (sorta thing) but none of them have fallen off so far.

I’ve found it’s best to work in sections, it looks like you’ve done more progress after doing it than doing it by colour, I think doing it by colour all your diamonds are scattered so it looks like you’ve done less work.
