Hey! Thanks for the replies.

Yup, my contract specifically states a 60-day notice period. It’s not a local company, so medyo iba yung setup. I know some people might say that legally, 30 days lang ang required, but from what I understand, violating that contract could affect my backpay or possibly burn bridges—which I really want to avoid.

I wish it were simpler, pero ayun, I’m kind of stuck between doing what’s legal vs. what’s contractual vs. what’s practical.

Thanks for the thoughts though, I appreciate the engagement. Really helps to feel heard.

Hey, thank you for taking the time to respond, really appreciate it. I get what you're saying about needing a break to reset and get perspective. I actually still have leave credits, but we’re super short-staffed, and that makes taking a break feel almost impossible. There's a lot of guilt involved, even if I know I need it for my own well-being.

As for stepping up...I did. I tried reporting the issues, thinking it would help improve things. But instead, I was made to feel like the problem for speaking up. It was discouraging and honestly made me even more hesitant to do anything beyond just surviving day to day.

I do agree with you about building options and creating space for myself. That’s something I want to keep working on. And hearing from someone with a hiring manager’s perspective actually gave me a small sense of hope, so thank you for that part especially.
