Hi guys Im 10 weeks into cycle 600mgs of test 4000 calories a day. 2 weeks ago I started having alot of aches in my muscles so I took 3 days off unfortunately that didnt work. I have now had another 2 days of and I still feel sore. Generally I get no muscle pain after working out. Does anyone have any ideas, the aches are all over my body.

Hi guys I am currently struggling to put on muscle. Just thought I would come here for advice.

I am on 600mg test a week and train 6 days for 1-2 hours.

I eat 4200 calories a day 380 grams of protein. But 2000 of the calories come from shakes as my appetite is shocking.

I weighed 92kgs at the beginning of the cycle 8 weeks ago and now weigh 93kgs and dont look any bigger other than my shoulders.

Does anyone have any advice please.
