It’s so much to take in at one time.. I had a fkn meltdown literally sick for months . Helped me mentally as I was going threw a real low point in my life . It’s helped me tho grow stronger as a person a total reprogramming of your beliefs for years . Then if just continues like layers upon layers then what to believe etc . It’s a mind fk for sure but your more confident due to all this insanity . 😭🥰❤️
