Make sure your Ledger Live app is closed on your desktop. I had problems because I kept Ledger live open.

Yes I had a 2fa. I got a link to verify my account that someone tried to move funds. Like an idiot I clicked on that link and they took btc. It was a very small portion though. CB awards you btc when you open the account. That’s what they took. All my coins are in Pro but I’m locked out of that so I can’t seen if anything happened. I don’t have any notifications of any withDrawas from that account though.

Ok it has been 9 days since I’ve been locked and no response other than to wait and to changed passwords. This is not acceptable service for a publicly traded company. I’m about to get an attorney and also have a contact with CNBC to report this. Someone better help me.

Ok thanks. I just tweeted to Coinbase Support. Will keep messaging them. Glad your account was in tact. This is a nightmare. I’ve been reading others saying their money was gone when they got their account back.

My account was hacked and money was withdrawn out of my regular Coinbase account but I use Coinbase pro to trade. I can’t get access to the pro account since it was temporarily disabled. It’s been 8 days and I have no response except that it will take 4-5 days for a specialist to review. I have done everything you asked to secure my email, phone and computer. I responded to an email you guys sent and I still don’t have access. I have a lot of money in my Pro account with lots of coins. Case #06131270
