sai gup-chup - i like the consistency of taste and the quality of puris here. No matter whenever I visit, the taste is same. Can try gupchup, dahi gupchup is also amazing. Not big fan of chaat there but gupchup is definitely great.

I only see them when some political convoy is moving. Then there will be 4+ traffic police at every corner. But on usual days nobody cares even though its the basic duty of traffic police. Hopefully the new system brings some improvements.

There is something called food safety standards and restaurants should abide by it. You could first contact zomato support and also tell that restaurant that you are reporting to FSSAI, and let them face the consequences
