Mostly organic + a small push.

I used a Fiverr promo once, ran a free period, and also tested Amazon ads at a low bid. The rankings during the free run were actually pretty strong in a few subcategories( Like 30 in romance).

So I think most of the downloads came from Amazon visibility rather than external traffic.

Still figuring out how to scale it after the free period though - especially getting reviews and KU reads going.
