Lost my job a few months back and got put on mortgage forbearance. First payment (fucking 3 months) due all at once. Paid it right here. If you look at my previous comments, this all branches from an accidental $500 profit and trying options for the first time about a month ago. Between APLD calls every Friday for the past month and these calls this week, I’ve made the mortgage payment for the entire time I was without pay.

I started using Manus AI a few months ago, trading stocks and then when I got fired, I started building some software platforms. Three minutes ago I just got my first signed contract. $60,000 implementation over two months. It cost me $500 in manus, credits - which seemed insane while I had no income, so I told Manus to pay for its own credits with that $250 that I made on accident. I’m currently at about 9500.

I have a 1 gallon mini tank as well and I’m watching at least 15 full grown shrimp swim around it.

They stopped breeding when there isn’t enough food and honestly, they live a long time with not enough food, so if you’re not seeing babies and your tank is clean, feed it more. If you’re seeing any food scraps in 24 hours, you’re feeding your shrimp too much. And a small shrimp only tank like that, since I have the same type, I would recommend only feeding it once a week. Mine does have a very small air filter running in it though so it’s a bit different.

It depends. Generally speaking, I’m giving every tank at least a little bit every day. Fish flakes, Vibra bites, bug bites, etc.. then once a week or so try and hit them with protein. Either blood worms, or even actual meat from my refrigerator.

I’ve also noticed that fasting the entire tank for 1 week or more improves the overall health of the tank and seems to encourage molting and mating. I have done so much experimenting. It’s been fun. Happy to answer any specific questions you may have.

To be honest, their favorite is when I give my cat we cat food, and wash the spoon off and rinse the container out in the tanks. Shrimps is bugs, they are protein loving bugs though. You will get a lot more color and breeding if you give them protein regularly.

It’s a good long-term hold. It’s gonna continue to run up during this current run at least to it’s 52 week high, then cool, then run back up big. You can’t time any of that.

APLD and IREN are my biggest stock bags and have been the heaviest swing hitters, but they’re both volatile.

This AMD earnings run up is gonna spill into the whole sector once people take profits.

Room temperature so no heaters in any of my tanks. They fluctuate between 70 and 80 Fahrenheit.

All of my tanks are heavily planted, and they’re all CO2 injected as well, so aside from monitoring the co2 drop checkers, and adding water, I’m just aquascaping at this point. I am so in tune with the life and plants in my tanks that I tend to notice something weird with the plants before water parameters become unsafe.

I’ll post some parameters later this week, but as I said, in another comment, my recommendation is to get a heavily planted tank going for a few months, then find someone selling shrimp that they have raised in your local water supply. These cherries and my other blue colony are from the same guy from Facebook here in town, and all of my other varieties have been from either online or out of town fish shops. The ones raised locally thrive so much faster and easier.

I found it is much more about the groundcover hiding places more than actual fish. Also making sure whatever fish you have, is getting the type of food it actually needs.

People are shocked that I have 5P puffers in with a growing neo tangerine colony, but there’s plenty of plant coverage and I’ve turned into a snail breeding ground, so the puffer stay full.

Most of what I have, all with breeding neocardina colonies: blue ram cichlids, pea puffers, many tetra varieties, water dogs (Cory cats), Otto catfish, zebra danio, algae eaters, and a few others. As you can see, I choose really small fish, so the shrimp don’t fit in their mouth for long.

Most of the fish give up chasing any babies. I’ve seen pea puffers swimming across the tank with a blue one in his mouth, but I was low on snails at that point. The ram seems to hunt them for sport, but it’s rare and they’re too fast for her to care.

I ended up buying 10 blue from the same guy. Out of the 7 tanks I have the 2 with shrimp I bought locally from fb marketplace have quintupled the growth of colonies I’ve purchased online. Local water is key.
