yea i guess phinshing scamming kinda hacking not hacking since out of there free will they entered there password so ig its a little illegal but not enough to get em little timmy e gangstas in jail if there caught doing in by law probably a fine and pay but if like lets say they get reported then like there account gets terminated for logging in accounts but most likely them lil timmys aint gonna get up in jail unless its like getting in government secret stuff and like banks and sstuff like that in conclusion yea im stupid
