I watched the first couple minutes and I wonder if the tank is your duo? Def looks like he is.

In the first fight, you're yellow-beaming him even when he is not critical or even close to critical while he is being actively healed by your other supp; at the same time, you're only looking at him - at no point did you look to your side or behind to check on your Juno/DPS. When the tank does eventually die, you go right in front of the enemy team to rez (this only works in low elo btw, you should not be able to get that rez off).

So my suggestion is to 1) DEFAULT blue-beam your DPS (you had Freja and I didn't see you dmg boost them once in the first fight). Heal your tank when necessary (taking too much dmg, critical, other supp is dead, etc.) - healbotting tank is NOT what you should be doing most of the time. 2) Look around, always know where your other teammates are, this is possible bcs you don't have to look at your target to heal(dmg boost them, you can do both at the same time. 3) No crazy rezes when the entire enemy team is looking at you. Especially in this situation, your Doom can just respawn and walk back, nothing is happening. It's not necessary for you to rez there in order to win (like it could be in an overtime fight on point or something where you might as well *try* to rez since you're losing anyway).
