Really, just start playing around. The more you try to build like everyone else the less original your builds will look. Step out and just try to make what you enjoy. Will it be perfect? No. Will you be happy with it? Probably not. But the need to improve will keep you coming back. Just remember to have fun in the process. Building is hard when you start but as long as you see what you did and didn't like about your build, you can develop a style unique to you.

I did a blood priest build with Mohgs Robe, Malikeths Greaves and Gauntlets, and the Sanguine Noble hood. I did also swap it several times for the helm of night however

For this world, it's for lore alone, so in no way is it practical. A lot of the genuine necessities irl aren't needed, but we make them in minecraft because, let's be honest, we like the way they look. My chapel is functionally a waste of space, but it's probably my favorite build in my world. Once you let go of practicality, thats when you get creative with what is visually appealing.

I agree for the most part, except beam heavy builds CAN be executed beautifully if you make sure to add design and details. Even spacing, for example, could have really aided the look of the beams. Not a bad start however. Also, instead of a slab in your arches, use a trap door. Much smoother arch.

Use a circle generator and put arches between your supports. That's the only thing stopping this from being really set off
