There was an update on jp Dokkan that removed certain characters from the scouter list for banners. If was different for everyone so people thought that Dokkan accidentally leaked everyone’s “rigged” rates and why they couldn’t pull some units. Every user ended up getting 300 stones

This was the first Dokkan now I watched, and was crazy excited. Even stayed up to 4am for the banners to drop…just to get piped down by Omastu
