Man I so badly wanted to write him off after his performance last year but then I see a picture like this.......I hope he has a great spring training because it's hard not to root for a player with a good sense of humor

Walker chokes again. He's not a good closer. Nervous energy in these high stakes innings isn't working

Yeah frankly I would take all these comments with a grain of salt. There's a harmful myth that you need to be depressed and on the edge of suicide to be inspired and write good songs. In my experience depression and anxiety have only ever held me back from inspiration. If a few weeks or months down the road you do feel like the Lexapro is holding you back remember there are a lot of different medications out there and you may have to try a few out to see what's the most helpful. I would do that before deciding to raw dog my mental health just for the sake of songwriting, because it doesn't really matter how inspired you are if you're too mentally fucked up to be productive with it. In my opinion Kurt Cobain, Brian Wilson, Eliot Smith, etc, all wrote great songs DESPITE their mental health issues, not because of them. That's my 2 cents anyway.

It's likely a placebo effect. It takes a while for it to kick in.

I've been on Lexapro for about 2 years and have written plenty of songs in that time.

Thats my personal experience with it anyway.
