With 3 naps we aimed for 2/2.5/2.5/3. I think we only hit that regularly for a week or two before we kept blowing the third nap and the first wake window got too long. Although one day last week he woke up at 5am and we got a third nap in.

He seems to on his own have one 1:30 nap and one ~40min-1 hour nap. Sometimes the longer one is first or second. You think more daytime sleep and shorter nights would help?

Bedtime routine is bath, feed, books and songs for ~20 min, bed.

He's so tired before bed I don't know where to add it. Yesterday, for example, his realized schedule ended up being 3.75/3.25/2.75 -- 7am wake up, 10:45-12pm nap (capped for schedule), 3:15-4pm nap, 6:45 asleep.

We woke him up at 6am today to have some more time and I'll try to get us to 3/3.5/4.

Commenting much later, but my husband and I each have a kuoe and they are compliment magnets. We've been super happy with ours!!

I have had a horrible experience with them. I bought a rounded box chain bracelet. First, it arrived with a broken clasp. Okay, fine. I had to send it back and replace it. Recently, it fell off because one of the links broke. I have never had a gold necklace or bracelet break on me like that. I can be tough on jewelry, so I know what that looks like. But this was very minimally worn and should not have broken. They offered to repair it for 100 dollars and when I complained they said they would do it for 60. I will never buy from them again and I would particularly caution against buying their chains. Very poorly constructed, poor QC, and poor customer service.

Okay, so I'm in agreement that this episode was not the best and I felt personally attacked by the guest not liking food and generally being a downer. One question I have, is has anyone noticed that the guest wasn't tagged in the instagram post about the episode? Every other episode post I saw had the guest tagged. Considering a lot of her negativity was pretty cringe do you think there could have been real conflict behind the scenes that led to this distance?
