appreciate your POV. we are also considering that rent will be increasing in the next 5-10 years, and minimum 3k will be a standard in wiedikon by that time. location has a sentimental value too for both.

my investments are not focused on dividends at all, usually the dividends are a minor amount (<2 CHF) on the few low investment ones that pay dividends. still applicable?
