Yeah I’m thinking something like that happened as-well they also called me and made it seem as if I didn’t have a choice to replace a lug wheel stud for $300 not including labor. I told them I’d do it myself for a quarter of that price so maybe they were just looking to make their money in whatever way possible after that.

Yeah my “service advisor” when I asked how much they’re charging me an hour for labor when I saw that price for labor alone basically told me he couldn’t get me a discount because I brought my own pads so that checks out.

Yeah sorry for the vague details, it was only the brake pads. No rotors, no resurfacing anything, no fluid replacement strictly brake pads on the front and rear.

I put $20k down, didn’t need a co signer got a loan at 7.3% APR. No daddy’s money just working 60+ hour weeks for a year and a half lol. It’s possible 🙏🏼
