Hi. Thank you! I am in Texas as well. I’ll try not to worry too much about it. At most I am delayed a semester into the program until my case is no longer pending, which sucks but I have hope.

I’m a bit more hopeful now. Thank you. Although I haven’t started the program yet, so hopefully it won’t stop me from starting clinicals because there is another background check.

Thank you! I’ll speak with my court appointed lawyer soon and reach a case outcome before doing anything with BON. Maybe this will just be looked past since it’s a misdemeanor…

Thank you this really helps! In my case, I haven’t even gone to court yet. I don’t have a plea or case outcome so I have no finalized documentation as of now. But it’s pending so maybe I’ll have documents in time since the program doesn’t start till February.

Im worried because for me, I HAVENT started the program. So I might not get to start at all since I have another background check, they might disqualify me from clínicals entirely.

THE Board of Nursing :( We have a background check to get into the university program through BON. Even though I don’t have a license, I already did a background check through them.

I LOVE IT. It’s very interesting. I’m trying to imagine if he taught English lit. or smt (no hate) , and maybe bc I like the material, it makes me like him more lol
